Vault Members — As you are probably aware, there are a number of cities where issues have affected your ability to successfully purchase tickets in the Jack White Live 2018 Vault pre-sale. We want nothing more than for Vault members, our most valued fellow music appreciators, to be in the audience at Jack's live shows. We have negotiated a solution for a second Vault pre-sale for certain cities to take place Wednesday morning at 7am local time, 3 hours before any other pre-sale begins. Every vault member will be e-mailed a unique, individual code tomorrow in advance of Wednesday's "re-pre-sale." A special allotment of tickets have been set aside for this additional pre-sale.

@DavidKendra I got floors in Detroit 30 minutes into the presale. People who complain about scalpers but give them money are the worst people in the world. Admittedly Monday presale was a disaster ….but it was rectified swiftly….. how you can justify posting such nonsense?

David Kendra…it’s so sad that people care so much more about gouging money than seeing a quality rock show that they have to buy the Vault access just to resell tickets two days later. At least you are going to a great show and the person who sold the tickets will probably let that cheesy profit slip through his lame fingers in no time.

So I struck out on sale #1, and didnt find any seats I liked in round #2 this AM so I ended up buying them off a well known 3rd party site (with hesitation)..and low and behold the tickets have VAULT printed on them! Good news is I have good seats for Detroit – bad news is I paid 3X for tix that someone got out of the VAULT!

I had a lot of difficulty today… the direct link sites for ticket purchase were blocked both to the venues and to ticketmaster itself… I had to go to a resale site… very troublesome experience and I paid way too much… these blackmarket jerk-off app writers are just the lowest form of Donald Trump that a person could imagine
