A quick note to update our subscription policy. When canceling your Vault subscription, you will no longer cancel the online access immediately as well. All members will now have access for 3 months after the most recent payment even when canceling. Hooray!

Thanks for clarifying, Cam, that’s what I figured. Very considerate of y’all to let folks take advantage of offerings in the Novelties shop even if they decide to skip a package (which some people have to do sometimes because of their financial situation, not because they want to). This is a smart compromise and actually much simpler than the old method of downgrading/upgrading.
@Kali Yes for the Novelties shop, but the TIDAL subscription, it is a no-go unfortunately. Part of the contractual agreement with that special deal. Happy Fourth to all the Americans out there!

That’s awesome (not that I would ever cancel) but I know that had been a concern for some in the past. You guys are great.
