Midwest Farmer's Daughter was recorded at Sun Studios in Memphis, with Price pawning her wedding ring and selling her car to pay for the sessions. I’ve said it before elsewhere, but y’all were really smart to pick up her album. You needed a good country artist on the roster to round things out, and she’s obviously got the chops and an attitude that fits right in. And all these reviews showcase not only her ability, but also what TMR can do for an artist who is really talented, works hard, and is willing to put it on the line for their craft.
