Just watched it again, savoring the sublime sound and camera work that captured every up close detail and nuance of these gifted artists. That exquisite intro to Same Boy-, the finger & bowwork on their instruments so clear, Jack’s resounding plaintive voice, then quietly leaving thru those beautiful chapel doors, Jack’s expressions, the birds chiming in as by divine direction on Entitlement…Poignantly Beautiful Songs in such dramatic settings. This Video is a masterpiece showcasing a master craftsman & he was in great hands that day. Vive Les Artistes Francais, and Vive Ce Jack White! …Aaahh yes…We do WANT more and we would FIGHT for….;-)… Which reminds me- I CANT WAIT FOR…THAT Next Video!!!
This made me want an entire tour of Jack singing in palaces, chateaux, and historical places in Europe. The delicate nature of this footage along with the voice and the musicians he’s playing this is something that I will always treasure. Now, about Jack playing at St. Vitus Cathedral…
