Lazaretto, Third Man pressed a limited run of promo only 7”s of the instrumental track "High Ball Stepper." This rarely seen beauty is a single-sided 45, pressed on baby blue vinyl featuring an etching of the Jack White logo on the flip side and a velveteen label. We’d like to give away 30 copies of the High Ball Stepper single to Vault members. And here’s how we’re going to do it... Ponder the following question, and E-MAIL YOUR ANSWER + SHIPPING ADDRESS* to vaultcontests@thirdmanrecords.com
- What pressing plant manufactured the original white vinyl copies of the White Stripes' "Lafayette Blues" single?
Be quick about it! The first 30 correct responses will be sent a copy of the coveted "High Ball Stepper" 7"!
*Don't forget your shipping address, lest your answer be void! And definitely DO NOT LEAVE YOUR ANSWER OR ADDRESS IN A COMMENT.
UPDATE: WE HAVE RECEIVED 30 CORRECT ANSWERS! THE FIRST 30 VAULT MEMBERS WHO SUBMITTED THE CORRECT ANSWER OF MUSICOL RECORD PRESSING have been notified.
So I got an email from TMR for a new order from today about 5:30…It doesn’t seem like it’s my vault order because don’t they usually say vault in the message, etc? Probably wishful thinking…

Put in my second guess. (Hopefully I’m right)! Next time you do a contest have folks put the answer in the subject line of the email. Then put their other info in the body of the email. You’ll be able to see if they have the answer right away instead of opening each one. That should save you some time!
That suggestion is totally worth one of these beauties right?
