She's Got Something On Me b/w Abracadabra
scum stats: unknown
For a band that never released anything in the brief time they were together, to drop their first single over twenty years after ceasing to be with this their second single coming out another 18 years after THAT...well it feels like a bit of a miracle we ever get to hear anything at all.
Just say it's from Detroit and you're sure to get my attention, I think that "Abracadabra" is the better song here, while a little more in the power pop realm than I prefer, there's substance here. First wave Detroit punk was criminally under served and so even now, four decades later, we're getting treats and unknowns dusted off and shared for discerning ears. Nothing world changing here, but just filling in the incomplete narrative of the scene that helps get me (all of us?) where we are today.
