Straight outta Detroit comes a Blue Series 7” from high flying DIY electro genius and self-described weirdo, Duane The Teenage Weirdo. Pop music in Depression-era 2012 doesn’t come any more legit than in Duane’s capable hands. Both tracks, “Postcard From Hell” and “Bubblegum Encore” are the sound of Detroit pared down to a hard beat, feral vocals, synth stabs and real dance intent which all makes Duane our second favorite Detroiter to call himself a streetwalking cheetah.
