The Vault packages have left the gate! International packages are shipping first in reverse alphabetical order by last name and should be arriving within the next few weeks (to allow for time to be placed in and out of a perfectly proportioned metal tube with wings that all somehow flies seamlessly through the lower reaches of the stratosphere, delivering packages in a 1/50th of the time that a boat or ship would take). International packages do not feature tracking info. As soon as all international packages leave Third Man headquarters, we will begin shipping domestic packages in reverse alphabetical order by last name. Domestic packages typically arrive 3-4 days after shipping and do include tracking info.
We ask that you please wait to ask questions regarding your package's status until 2 weeks following your shipping notification. That way, we can devote our full attention to shipping your packages as quickly as possible.

Sorry for the noob vinyl question here, but I noticed I’m only getting sound out of one (left) speaker on this record. I figured that even when 3rdMan does mono its usually dual-track, so I’m confused. Can anyone advise me?

hello my vault package was missing album one of 2. I got 2 of album 2 and none of album one
Being in the UK with a H surname and knowing that the UK ones were delivered a while ago I was starting to panic that my vault #16 had got lost as it wasn’t here. But joy this morning as I’ve just had a knock on the door from the postman with my vault #16.
The reason it took so long it has missent to Trinidad and Tobago stamped on it?? Someone in USPS was having an off day I think.

@Howard Blazzard Same thing happens to me. No notification of my vault since july 1st, and post office at my country says they don’t know and can’t track it =(
