We are shipping Vault package #67 in alphabetical order (A-Z) by FIRST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members. Tracking information will be sent out via email within 24 hours.
Regarding your tracking number: if you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by May 1st, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #66's status until all packages have shipped (about 2 -3 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible.
We will return all your emails as quickly as possible after shipment of package #67 is complete. If you have already contacted the Vault via email once, please know that your message has indeed been received, and that we are working as quickly as possible to address each message in the order in which they were received. Hello. I have not received any emails regarding this vault since the address confirmation. I am experiencing the same issue as the other “T” names in the comments. Maybe it’s just because we are at the back of the alphabet? I’m excited to see this vault. Sorry to be a pest. Thanks.
I’m in the same boat Tamara S. only I received the email stating shipping label printed. There has been no movement on that though. I also have never waited this long for a vault package… hopefully we will get them soon!
I have not received anything saying shipping label printed and it’s April 20 so def past the 2-3 weeks. I know there’s usually a delay from when I receive the email stating “shipping label printed and receiving the tracking number. I am trying to be patient but never had to wait this long. It was paid for Jan 27 or close to that. I have tried calling but goes to voicemail and message box is full so I’m unable to leave a message. My email won’t go through either. Is this happening to other vault members? Thanks for any advice/info. Tamara S

I can send a quick bit to Customer Service, but there’s no tracking number on my order. For the past year I always have a tracking number and generally receive my fantastical Vault items within a couple of days. This time, nothing has updated on my account. Do I need to be patient, or could there be an issue since there’s no tracking information? Thank youuu!
This is an amazing set! I love hearing Jimi effortlessly pivot between rhythm and lead. I’m reminded of another left-hander—being able to listen to these sessions is like having access to Da Vinci’s notebooks.
