VAULT #59 NOW SHIPPING!

We are shipping this package in alphabetical order (A-Z) by FIRST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members. Tracking information will be sent out via email today.

Regarding your tracking number: if you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by May 1st, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.

Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #59's status until all packages have shipped (about 2 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. We will return all your emails and voicemails as quickly as possible after shipment of package #59 is complete. If you have already contacted the Vault via email once, please know that your message has indeed been received, and that we are working as quickly as possible to address each message in the order in which they were received. Writing separate emails leads to creation of separate customer service tickets, which in turn causes confusion and adds time to the process of addressing everybody’s questions or concerns. Thank you!

For the curious, I reported the 45 adapter issue to TMR and despite the fact the adapter is incorrectly milled (it bulges on the side, rather than being milled straight down – which is why it’s unusable), rather than acknowledge this, their solution is we’re meant to be putting the records on the platter FIRST, then placing the adapter OVER THE TOP, i.e. dragging the record into position by the lip of the adapter (since that’s all that fits!). Yeah right. Did they have a straight face on coming up with that? Anyway, a nice paper weight, but that’s all it’ll ever be. Don’t be expecting a replacement manufactured correctly.

I can confirm that the 45 adapter is indeed too big. Will Charlie White reward us with a special golden ticket?

Debating if I should keep it sealed or open it … lol

Love this Vault Package, the only downfall is that the 45 adapter is too big.

This is a great vault package. My family and I had a listening party, we loved it! Thank you.

I wonder who got the original records from the 1950s

Somes notes: That’s All Right is thankfully the original dry Sun master, vs. the common RCA master with added reverb (1955 onwards). The 45 adapter is too big and not useable. The cover image is NOT a 1954 image of Elvis holding a stack of That’s All Right singles, it not a Sun-era photo at all, it is a July 1956 shot at his girlfriend’s house holding a 45 from the King label. Cool photo all the same.

Yes. I can confirm the 45 adapter is too big. It’s alright mama, I just used my hole saw to remedy that….just kidding. And no originals here.

It was a nice surprise yesterday when I got home!

That’s alright Third Man, that’s alright for you.. That’s alright Third Man, but a 45 case woulda been cool.
