We have completed shipping for Vault package #57! We sincerely appreciate your patience throughout the shipment of this package.

If you have received your package and noticed any damages, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at vault@thirdmanrecords.com and we will review and address these issues in chronological order. Please read our Return/Exchange policy below for further details. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we will respond to every request as quickly as possible. Please do not send multiple emails as this will create separate customer service tickets, which causes confusion and delays the process of addressing everybody’s questions or concerns. VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.

Did not receive the David Gilmour 45 with my package on Nov 11, have sent two emails since, but with no reply. I hate to return such a nice package but the 45 was one of the main reasons I ordered, please help!

Thanks for all you do, it was well worth the wait! Hope everyone has a peaceful and glorious Thanksgiving and I hope our donations to the foodbank was sufficient to ensue all is fed. There are way too many heartaches in the world to fret over a couple weeks wait on a vault package. You all are doing a stellar job bringing us the best of the best. I was able to meet some of your employees during my Detroit trip and I hope to meet more in the spring when I visit Nashville. Please tell them we say………….Thank You!!!!
