We are shipping this package in alphabetical order (A-Z) by FIRST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members. 


Tracking information for international packages will be sent via email on Monday. Tracking for US packages will be emailed by the end of next week. Due to the components in this package, it is going to take our team a bit longer than usual to get all packages shipped out. We thank you in advance for your patience!

Regarding your tracking number: if you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by August 1st, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.

Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #52's status until all packages have shipped (about 4 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible.
