We are shipping this package in alphabetical order (A-Z) by FIRST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members.
Tracking information will be sent out today. If you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by October 23rd, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #45's status until all packages have shipped (about 2 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. We will return all your emails and voicemails as quickly as possible after shipment of package #45 is complete. If you have already contacted the Vault via email once, please know that your message has indeed been received, and that we are working as quickly as possible to address each message in the order in which they were received. The fact that you are only functioning with correspondence by email is not always helpful. Sometimes there are situations that require speaking to a human for immediate answers. If shipments get screwed up because you are unwilling to speak to a person that needs to give specific instruction and simply respond by email and say, “I’m not sure how to help you.” Then why make yourselves available at all? Sometimes, speaking to a human matters. Stop blaming the Pandemic please!
