We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by August 7th, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.

Arrived in the little old town of Rotherham, United Kingdom today with a surname starting with S and the revised tracking link sent by email kept me fully updated. No complaints whatsoever and just the usual exceptional product and service. Is there anything remotely better or even equal to TMR out there, I think not. Muchas gracias mis amigos!
Ok… (deep breath) I love this Vault package. It is beautiful. BUT, the remastering of the NYE Magic Stick show is SO QUIET. I had to crank my stereo way up to hear it at a normal level. And you cut out all the great banter, from “Hello everybody. Is it the new year yet?” to Jack introducing Meg’s first time singing (and her giggle!) and all the fun stuff in between. All of that adds so much to the listening experience! I probably wouldn’t be as perturbed about this if you didn’t make a point of referring to the bootleg of this show as “mediocre” and then selling your remaster as “high quality”. If you’re going to water stuff down, at least don’t promote it as being better. Of course the majority of fans won’t know the difference, but some of us do. Thank you, and I love you despite this criticism. (But an even bigger thank you to the person who fished that old tape out of a dumpster!)
