If you have received your package and noticed any damages, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at vault@thirdmanrecords.com and we will review and address these issues in chronological order. Please read our Return/Exchange policy below for further details. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we will respond to every request as quickly as possible. Please do not send multiple emails as this will create separate customer service tickets, which causes confusion and delays the process of addressing everybody’s questions or concerns. VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Requests for returns/exchanges of damaged/defective products must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery by emailing vault@thirdmanrecords.com. Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.

If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.

Forgive me, Raw. I suppose any comment can be mind boggling to someone. Spend most of my free time reading, writing, or listening to music, and don’t own any video games. Did find software (workaround) online to watch it on a computer, though.

Even a PS3 or 4, that is a Blu-ray player! That’s how that works. How do you not have a Blu-ray player in 2020? They have only have been on the market for 14 years?

A PS3, PS4 or XBOX 1 would work to play it. Other than that, you’d need to buy a player. They can be had for quite cheap since UHD players are the new tech on the market. Maybe a video rental place would rent one out if this is the only thing you want to watch

Hi, All,
Was wondering if anyone has any tips for someone (me) who wants to view the Blu Ray video, but merely has a regular ol’ DVD player. Any workarounds short of buying a Blu Ray player would be greatly appreciated (especially during our current sequestration).
