VAULT PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Requests placed after that time will not be honored. Return/Exchange requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored.
If you still haven’t received your shipment 30 days after receiving your tracking number, and suspect your package may be lost/stolen please contact vault@thirdmanrecords.com for assistance. Missing Package replacement requests must be settled within 30 days of initial correspondence. Requests that have been responded to by Third Man/The Vault left dormant for more than 30 days after our response will not be honored. Missing package replacement requests received more than 90 days after our distribution of tracking information for that specific Vault package will not be honored.
I didn’t know this band either and was tempted to unsubscribe temporarily. But like Eric, I try to keep my mind and ears open to new music. New means new to me. But I love this band. They rock. Some vault offerings are better than others, but I’ve been a subscriber for over a year and my only regret is that I didn’t subscribe earlier.
I got my subscription as a gift; I really enjoy being exposed to “new” music. I particularly liked tracks 4-7. I’m curious if it’s possible to find out how many sets were produced? I understand that it varies based on the number of Vault subscribers. Great job on this set(my first), looking forward to future Vault offerings!

@AjewelT whoa, I’m mot even sure what to say. Maybe its not your cup of tea but the question is, why did you even sign up? They announce the title with plenty of time. But to just start ripping on everything because you went in blind and didn’t get what you wanted is rather petty and a bit telling. Part of tmr vaults are featured artists. Like pearl jam was. Sleep is an outstanding band. Read up on their angle of creation and you will understand how cool these guys really are. Even if your ears don’t like it, try to see it as a whole piece of art. Maybe the music is just a bit outside your understanding. Nothing wrong with that but it never hurts to evolve either.

Also, a free CD/LP with the purchase of a ticket. But then the next vault package is the same record (with maybe different colored vinyl or maybe an extra song)? I’m thinking a subscription may not be worth it with all of these duplicates. Also, why didn’t vault member receive Jack’s Acoustic Recordings 1998–2016 record? I have all these duplicates, but not one of acoustic record.? Weird.
$60 for a record from a band I don’t know and a patch? And the box it was shipped in was hell to open. Ugh. I subscribed to get records of Jack’s music and for presales with good seats. But there’s nothing of him in this vault package. And all the presales are for General Admission. I had to buy a ticket for his Canada show in order to get an assigned seat. I’m thinking of canceling my subscription.
