We have some great news to start your weekend... Vault package #38 is now shipping!
We are shipping this package in reverse alphabetical order (Z-A) by LAST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members.
Tracking information will be sent out to international recipients today, and to US recipients next week. If you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by December 28th, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #38’s status until all packages have shipped (about 2-3 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. We will return all your emails and voicemails as quickly as possible after shipment of package #38 is complete. If you have already contacted the Vault via email once, please know that your message has indeed been received, and that we are working as quickly as possible to address each message in the order in which they were received. Writing separate emails leads to creation of separate customer service tickets, which in turn causes confusion and adds time to the process of addressing everybody’s questions or concerns. And to the ppl having tracking issues and packages saying they’ll be delivered on a certain day but haven’t mafe it yet,keep on mind the postal service screws up from to time and may be slow since its close to the holidays. Hell my last package ended up on a different truck and went from nashville to iowa then south to SC. And when it got to sc still ended up on the wrong truck and was delivered a day later than estimated, after the 4 day delay from the trip to Iowa it took for no good reason….be patient, it worth the wait. Amd once it leaves third man’s hands its up to whoever is handling the shipping at that point…
Btw thanks for the beautiful packaging, everything was spot on. You guys at third man deserve a major pat on the back and much appreciation, you guys took a lot of shit over the last vault package and I’m sure had to put in some ot to make every customer happy. You guys are great I look forward to my vault packages every few months. Each one seems better than the last.

Got mine yesterday. Fanstastic packaging and I love the copper foil vinyl. But holy scrap the exclusive 45, those 2 tracks are on fire! Im stoked to hear the new raconteurs album!
Was supposed to be delivered today and wasn’t. Checked tracking now it’s being delivered on the 24th.
My tracking shows delivery today but the package was not on my apartment doorstep. Does anybody have any experience with lost/stolen vault packages? I e-mailed the vault a little bit ago which I know is the first step.
My 45 is defective! I’m super upset. Anyone else?

Thanks for the heads up! I thought that envelope was part of the packaging as well.
Newfoundland, Canada and got mine in the mail just an hour ago. Counting down getting off work to take a peek and a spin. Best of luck to all. I never did receive shipping information either
