VAULT #32 NOW SHIPPING

VAULT #32 NOW SHIPPING

Riding on the coattails of the Vault #33 announcement, we have more (yes, MORE) exciting news for you... Vault package #32 has begun shipping! We are shipping this package in alphabetical order (A-Z) by FIRST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members.

Tracking information will be sent out to all recipients by tomorrow. If you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't fret! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by July 10th, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.

Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #32's status until all packages have shipped (about 2 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. We will return all your emails and voicemails as quickly as possible after shipment of package #32 is complete. If you have already contacted the Vault via email once, please know that your message has indeed been received, and that we are working as quickly as possible to address each message in the order in which they were received. Writing separate emails leads to creation of separate customer service tickets, which in turn causes confusion and adds time to the process of addressing everybody’s questions or concerns. As always, we appreciate your patience during this time!

What have you done with your mysterious key ?…. :-)

well robert… i actually decided just to house all my dead weather singles in the box but there is no way all my TMR singles would fit in any one box…. ………..as an aside….. i was visiting the vault release archive to read the description of the “i feel love every million miles s” single and i realized that i couldnt recall the flip side nor was it listed in the description and so now i can easily locate that single to cop the title and go back to what i was doing before that question popped up………….. its definitely one of my favorite cover images as well due to it being reminiscent of my last minute n"nothing better to do" trip to bonnoroo on a shoestring with no cash when i actually saw a car driving on a flat tire that burst into flames…. i know it had to be someone just totally wiped out from the festival driving along trying to entirely deny or ignore their issue but …. of course i had to freak out and mention it in chat and thus i believe it was a fantastic bit of inspiration for that cover……… Lucky for us the tmr beehive was hard at work and all……. Honestly….. a person never forgets seeing something like that and it really was the absolute perfect fit for a dead weather release as a follow up to songs like gasoline and will there be enouh water etc..etc… ??!!!!… this is why TMR is the best!!! oh… but plese lets fix the vault description for the single and THANK YOU for that prominent Record of the Week feature on the TMR.com feature page !!!

Ricky Lovas, I love that the 45 box is bigger than needed. it now houses all my TMR related 45’s ad a few other favorites. But the key, I need to know what the key is for. Suspense, I’m not good with it.

Everything is perfect. Thank you very much for capturing the smouldering beauty of this performance and pressing it on vinyl & dvd for everyone to enjoy.

The box is here, after clearance procedures that took ages at the Bulgarian customs… Guys, when you shipped this at a lower value this did not happen to me. Any chance you can do that again???

Love the screen print .
Anyone find it a little odd that the 7" box is double the width it needs to be? Seems like a mistake really. I’m gonna make a rise for mine so the singles aren’t tumbling around in there,

Jedibill

@CJ74-Thank you! I hunted them all down and put them neatly in the box!

@jimmy B., same here…
Have asked TMR to send a Customs Notice with detailed list of contents and value.

Jimmy Baeyens

Received a letter today from customs in Belgium asking me about what’s in the package …. come on guys! this is just music

Rick Blake

Just got it this morning, already listened to the live album twice! Thanks, TMR!
