The last Vault #27 package has been packed up, and is waiting for our mailman to come and take them away!
I personally would like to thank each and every one of you for your patience. Due to the international craziness that is Record Store Day, we had multiple delays in getting the records pressed. We planned on finishing up back in mid to late March, but clearly it took us a little bit longer this time around.
The picture above shows just a few members of the Vault #27 shipping team, who graciously and patiently rearranged their normal work and touring schedules to accommodate the prolonged assembly process for this Vault. This little club could not exist without them!
If you have received your package and noticed any damages, please let us know at vault@thirdmanrecords.com and we will review and address these issues in chronological order.
Once again, thank you so much for your patience and understanding. Vault #28 is going to be even better!

@Zach Andrews I could not wait any longer so I gave them a call to the number listed on the Vaults FAQ page 615-891-4393 ext. 315 and spoke to David. Seems like there was some sort of discrepancy on FEDEX’s part and they did not print a shipping label. David took care of it and prepared it right there with me on the phone and it will be mailed today in the afternoon. I suggest you do the same so you can get your package sent out today. Cheers!!!

Unfortunately I have not reveived any pckage nor an email confirming shipping. I wrote the email provided on the 22nd and still no response. This is my first vault package and I am confused as to what my next step should be. Any suggestions?
