We are shipping in alphabetical (A-Z) order by LAST NAME, starting with international Vault members, then moving to US Vault members. USPS tracking info will be sent with all shipping notification emails.
As usual, please hold questions regarding package #25's status, condition, etc. until all packages have shipped (about 1 week), so that we can focus on getting these packages out to you guys as efficiently as possible.

Hi, also got a letter saying its being held at customs again, do you need me to email you about this or are you going to look into all the packages sent to the UK?
Just found out mines being held by uk customs again until fee is paid pay enough for the package let alone pay again to get it
I don’t think you read my e-mail correctly. Yes you usually put $20 on the customs declaration, however this time as several times before you’ve put $50 on the customs declaration that’s why people in the UK are having there vault packages held by UK customs until the charge has been paid.

Same here UK customs holding vault package and I had to pay £14.39 customs on the Swanson t-shirt, customs charge on the dead weather package will be £18.22. That’s £32.61 in customs or $49.60 in dollars. There charging customs because your putting the cost we pay for the package on the customs declaration. You usually put a nominal $20 which gets it through UK customs without problems. Have you got a new member of staff sorting this out? I guess its not your job to help us avoid customs charges but if you can it’s much appreciated, Bah Humbug.
In Austin, Texas here – a full week after release date and I haven’t even gotten my shipping notification.
Have all the packages shipped? I sent an email but I completely forgot the shipping wasn’t over at the time.
