Daniel LeBlanc, I’d like to suggest that the Raconteurs band travel to Dubai, even if they were only playing their old stuff. For years now, since my husband was contemplating a job offer there, I have thought about setting up shop over there…creating my own night club for “live” music since so many Americans work and live there now, making big dough in an oil rich nation. It would be a great way for Americans to get a little bit of home while away from home and to share the western music with middle easterners who love living like westerners there. xo back @ ya’s

The Raconteurs band is still my favorite rock n’ roll band around today/this century and based out of the Nashville area, which makes me very happy. Can we get some more of you guys? You don’t have to go thru the whole ordeal of touring when you all have many other projects that you are constantly involving yourselves in and with, plus families to spend time with too. Just get together quarterly, tri-annually or bi-annually on a weekend and see what happens. Pretty please, with a cherry on top.
