The Dead Weather has announced an array of activity leading towards the release of their eagerly awaited new album DODGE AND BURN which is out worldwide September 25th.
“Cop and Go,” the latest track released from DODGE AND BURN, is on sale today at all digital retailers worldwide. It is also available as an instant grat download with all digital pre-orders, along with single “I Feel Love (Every Million Miles).”
The Dead Weather will celebrate DODGE AND BURN with a hugely anticipated visit to CBS’ Late Show with Stephen Colbert. The appearance – which marks the band’s first official live performance in five years – airs Monday, September 14 at 11:35/10:35c (check local listings).

Pardon me… I meant to say skeptical… And as a post script I should add that I strongly recommend the film Best of Enemies for anyone who does not understand this strange polarity that manifests as antagonism when STL_Ben has anything to say to me here in the vault… make of it what you will… my personal wish is for malice as harm or foul … That being said I will admit to wanting to respond to his naggery with this opening phrase " Jane, You ignorant slut…. ".. which of course would demean him and me and you in you devotion to the enjoyment that TMR offers us all.. The long and the short of it would be that a person cannot hope to manage another persons ignorance and hence we all worry if there will be enough water between us when this Dæd Wæther Ship comes in…. Dearest people… I hope you got to hear Cop and Go already like I did when Vault got first listen… I was sceptical with the release of several singles already and even with I Feel Love Every Million Miles and then I heard Cop and Go and knew this album was another royal gem to be cherished… Thanks again TMR
