@Raw to me this is how they want to sound. And I thought it was bad ass shit! Some people just don’t get it I guess? Listen to her sing with The Kills. This is a different band,so different sound. Oh well, I just love it in any performance especially live! I would love to see them. Peace

Yeah she kind of sounded like shit in this song, at least this performance. It just sounded a little off. There is sounding dirty and trying to sound dirty. It felt a little fake. Maybe everything was weird because the night before Jack tried to fight…

@Quizze @ Brendan: I actually did hear the whole album sitting in a room in L.A. with Jack, Dean, Alison, Lil Jack and about 100 other people cranked out of a loud system. Got to meet them as well… Thank you for the invite. Sounded good, but need to listen to on my system and in my car, to hear what it really sounds like. As far as the songs and the album, good the first listen, probably better after a few listens.

i dont think alison needs to sound dirty…. she can sing better if she doesnt whine it out and these lyrics are more like jacks solo lyrics that nearly rap in a staccato delivery so the who whine and grind thing has to lighten up to deliver the braun power…. as for Brendans comment… i hear a lot of technical advances with the Cop and Go release for starters and unless you got to hear the whole release your comment may be premature… i suppose we will be finding the truth in the mail soon bet this whole mercury in retrograde situation starts tomorrow so i am fretful with over imagination

The performance is great. But the overall mix for the television feed is somewhat flat. Especially Jack’s snare drum missing that attack that it has in the other video they posted.And Alison’s vocal mix could have been a little dirtier. Not a knock on the band, just the mix.
