Vault Members — As you are probably aware, there are a number of cities where issues have affected your ability to successfully purchase tickets in the Jack White Live 2018 Vault pre-sale. We want nothing more than for Vault members, our most valued fellow music appreciators, to be in the audience at Jack's live shows. We have negotiated a solution for a second Vault pre-sale for certain cities to take place Wednesday morning at 7am local time, 3 hours before any other pre-sale begins. Every vault member will be e-mailed a unique, individual code tomorrow in advance of Wednesday's "re-pre-sale." A special allotment of tickets have been set aside for this additional pre-sale.
Stand by for your email, and thanks for your patience, enthusiasm, and understanding.
Not sure why people are so crazy. Planning the logistics of a tour across states and countries with different venues and ticketing agencies to accommodate a small number of disperse fans is not a simple feat. The Vault at its heart is a record subscription service. We’ve received several perks along the way, but this is not the same scale as setting aside tickets for Vault members in Alaska for the one-offs (which I would have killed for).
Thank you, that’s great news! I tried to buy tickets immediately at 10am for Milwaukee but was there was an error message right away stating there weren’t enough tickets (even to buy one individually) And now I see they are on stubhub for as much as $462.
Thanks for offering us another opportunity!
Thanks. I hope I can get Detroit General Admission. I was able to purchase San Francisco.
Love it! Thanks for fixing the issue and giving g true fans another shot at tickets. Much appreciated!
If I remember correctly, I remember buying tickets though the actual Vault site in the past
@Rob Waste of Money? Have you been subscribing to The Vault for years just for this 1 day of pre-sales?!
Forgive me if I don’t join the gushing of thanks to TMR for coming to the rescue. After this morning’s debacle, and perceived waste of $$ and years of loyalty of a Vault membership, I’ll wait to say thanks when we all see what they truly make available before Ticketmaster.
Had a problem in lewiston, NY. was on right at 10am and couldn’t get anything but lawn tickets way in the back. Pit and grand seating were unavailable right at 10am.
Thank TMR for at least addressing this issue. Being able to have access to tickets is a great perk of the Vault but not the only reason I have been it. Getting tickets in the past was no problem, but today really sucked. What I would like to know- if how all these tickets ended up on Stub Hub and resellers? Did they all get the code and tried like all of us to get tickets? I know they have bots and things like that- but seriously there allot of tickets on Stub Hub. Can’t TMR look into that? I know I would just appreciate some transparency.
Yeah I’m having a hard time swallowing that I’m 3 rows from the ceiling! ! ! Exclusive:( Haha
