Vault Members — As you are probably aware, there are a number of cities where issues have affected your ability to successfully purchase tickets in the Jack White Live 2018 Vault pre-sale. We want nothing more than for Vault members, our most valued fellow music appreciators, to be in the audience at Jack's live shows. We have negotiated a solution for a second Vault pre-sale for certain cities to take place Wednesday morning at 7am local time, 3 hours before any other pre-sale begins. Every vault member will be e-mailed a unique, individual code tomorrow in advance of Wednesday's "re-pre-sale." A special allotment of tickets have been set aside for this additional pre-sale.

@Eden, it was on the previous Vault post with the links to purchase the tickets. An email with the same information was sent to your Vault email address. Mine goes to the Promotions folder in Gmail. Make sure you know where your Vault emails are going if you don’t want to miss the code again. Good luck!
Thank you for making this update. I hope Minneapolis is included. They went poof at 10AM yesterday while many of us were trying to use our code as instructed.

TMR has always demonstrated that they want to give fans a memorable experience, great merchandise, and most importantly, great music. Vault presales got me on the bar for Madison Square Garden for the Lazaretto tour and up close and personal for both the Buzzards and the Peacocks at Webster Hall. Both were hard to come by tickets and I got them because of the Vault. Now today didn’t go very smoothly. But I don’t feel like the Vault owes me anything. The fact that they made extraordinary arrangements to try and help us score hard to get tickets a second time is really great and more than we could have hoped for. So thanks for that.
On a side note… how many shows are using the yondr bags to prevent cell phone usage? I’m very excited about not being blinded by a sea of lit phones in front of me for the Rochester show. Now if I could only pick up some tickets to Cooperstown, which is a lot closer to my house.

So I just talked to a live 3 Ring Circus Ticketmaster here at PST. The word is I cannot exchange my 2 (acres-apart)seats for 2 together at the Portland venue til all pre AND re-presales are done 10am Friday. If I don’t find anything of comparable value the Ticket Master said “it looked like” and “possibly” the floor was open to us SRO…So this high anxiety drama continues..girding my loins-and that hurts at my age ;-D
