Vault Members — As you are probably aware, there are a number of cities where issues have affected your ability to successfully purchase tickets in the Jack White Live 2018 Vault pre-sale. We want nothing more than for Vault members, our most valued fellow music appreciators, to be in the audience at Jack's live shows. We have negotiated a solution for a second Vault pre-sale for certain cities to take place Wednesday morning at 7am local time, 3 hours before any other pre-sale begins. Every vault member will be e-mailed a unique, individual code tomorrow in advance of Wednesday's "re-pre-sale." A special allotment of tickets have been set aside for this additional pre-sale.

The fact that he east coast get a 3 hour jump on PST is kinda whack… seeing as how I live in Washington’s State. I believe everyone should get the chance to purchase tickets at the same time…

The fact that a meteor flew over urban Detroit last Tuesday, the day you announced the BHR 2018 tour and now this, proves to me that the stars are aligned and the Universe revolves around Jack White! Too much? I think not

really eager to see that email. imma be so disappointed if Santa Barbara is not one of the “certain cities”. I was on even before 10 refreshing until they went on sale and didn’t get anything. I just kept getting a message saying not enough tickets to put in my cart. not even for 1 ticket. tried for over an hour and half before it finally updated to Sold Out
I really hope to have another opportunity for Milwaukee, but if that city isn’t part of this re-sale or I just get shut out again, THANK YOU for giving Vault members a second chance.
