Vault Members — As you are probably aware, there are a number of cities where issues have affected your ability to successfully purchase tickets in the Jack White Live 2018 Vault pre-sale. We want nothing more than for Vault members, our most valued fellow music appreciators, to be in the audience at Jack's live shows. We have negotiated a solution for a second Vault pre-sale for certain cities to take place Wednesday morning at 7am local time, 3 hours before any other pre-sale begins. Every vault member will be e-mailed a unique, individual code tomorrow in advance of Wednesday's "re-pre-sale." A special allotment of tickets have been set aside for this additional pre-sale.

Dear Third Man Records Vault. (please read)
I am writing to express my frustration with regard to buying tickets for the forth coming Jack White tour.
But first I must put this into context.
I have been a very loyal fan since I heard John Peel express his amazement at the White Stripes in the very early naughties.
In the UK he was one of the most genuine radio DJ,s going and I had been listening to him since the late 70’s.
So, when he said something you listened.
Ever since the Astoria gig in 2001, I have been to pretty much every UK tour of the White Stripes.
This has included Shepards Bush Empire, Alexandra Palace, Reading etc.
At each gig I purchased the Rob Jones Prints which are hung in my Office, where I have record player and mu extensive collection of White Stripes and Third Man records.
I have all the singles including the 3 inch records and player and have been a vault member since day one.
And I have both cameras, the theremin, stomp pedal and so much more. My son even made me lego Jack and Meg.
Following that I have seen all the Raconteurs UK tours (with live CD at Brixton) and The Dead Weather and the Jack White solo tours.
So today I was so very exited to given the opportunity to but tickets with my vault member pre sale code.
I managed to phone the Eventim Apollo at 10 seconds to 10am UK time to buy my tickets over the phone directly form the venue and where the original vault link links to.
And I had Ticket Master on screen with my SMS code at the ready.
By precisely 2 seconds after 10am all ticket availability to the actual venue (Hammersmith) had gone and the operator was unable to secure me any tickets.
They where shocked that even they couldn’t secure tickets. At 10.02pm all Ticket Master tickets for Hammersmith had also gone.
Clearly this is wrong. I go and see bands play pretty much every month and pride myself at being able to get early tickets. I very, very rarely have problems.
This has included recently Kate Bush, Richie Blackmore, Dave Gilmour and the forth coming Gaga gig at the 02 Arena London.
By 10.05am Stub Hub had hundreds of tickets for sale from as much as £200 each.
So this means that UK Vault fans somehow bought on mass the entire UK allocation in under a minute and the offered them for resale in under 4 minutes.
Which is a nonsense.
How dose this leave me feeling?
Utterly angry and frustrated. I am seriously wondering why I bother.
It perhaps far better that I am not a fan and then I don’t have to subject myself to this abuse and I have found myself considering canceling my Vault membership as it appears to be valueless then it comes to the real fans and live performances.
I am sorry for the long email, but I am so passionate about the music of Jack and feel saddened that I will no longer have the chance to see him play again without having to pay those criminals at the second hand ticket sites.

This fan verified thing is balls. Tried for London, page loaded ok but I couldn’t enter a quantity so stuck on first page. And what’s with a compulsory yondr charge? I was even going to take a phone!!
all the TMR Vault pages with a few exceptions are NOT loading properly. I can not scroll down, but I can TAB down through to, and I did, enter new card info. Cant get any merch on the Novelties page!!HELP ME
will I be able to try to buy tics to Santa Barbara again? I got the code in the email! seems like that venue sells on a Ticketmaster ‘partner’ site that says TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT …
