Vault Members — As you are probably aware, there are a number of cities where issues have affected your ability to successfully purchase tickets in the Jack White Live 2018 Vault pre-sale. We want nothing more than for Vault members, our most valued fellow music appreciators, to be in the audience at Jack's live shows. We have negotiated a solution for a second Vault pre-sale for certain cities to take place Wednesday morning at 7am local time, 3 hours before any other pre-sale begins. Every vault member will be e-mailed a unique, individual code tomorrow in advance of Wednesday's "re-pre-sale." A special allotment of tickets have been set aside for this additional pre-sale.

Live nation link now dead for GR just says “oh-no! These tickets went fast and we’re unable to find more right now.”
I never got an email for a new password, and the old one isn’t working for GR. I’m so disappointed & frustrated!
I received my code in an email yesterday afternoon. Refreshed at 7 am (it was actually about 20 seconds after.) Got 4 tickets in Grand Rapids. I expected them to go quick..it was luck of the draw guys. Its ok to be frustrated but dont blame TMR. They’re doing more than enough to help out here.

not even for wheelchair seats…was hoping to take my father who suffered a stroke 5 years ago and can’t stand…guess all the handicap seats sold out in 30 seconds
I’m so bummed. I’ll be away for work during the Detroit show and was really hoping I could get GR instead.

Fix this. No ability to get GR tickets.
Beginning to wonder if its a live nation issue. The Grand Rapids show is struggling and the link in the email routes thru Live Nation. Even if you go to ticketmaster first you end up on LN. Little Ceasers is thru ticketmaster and appears to be working
Try again! I got the same message and retried multiple times…I eventually got in.
