Vault Members — As you are probably aware, there are a number of cities where issues have affected your ability to successfully purchase tickets in the Jack White Live 2018 Vault pre-sale. We want nothing more than for Vault members, our most valued fellow music appreciators, to be in the audience at Jack's live shows. We have negotiated a solution for a second Vault pre-sale for certain cities to take place Wednesday morning at 7am local time, 3 hours before any other pre-sale begins. Every vault member will be e-mailed a unique, individual code tomorrow in advance of Wednesday's "re-pre-sale." A special allotment of tickets have been set aside for this additional pre-sale.

Got my code but link to Milwaukee doesn’t provide a place to enter it!! Is it sold out?!?!
Logged in as the clock ran down to 7AM local in PHX, AZ. Never got through after over 2 dozen tries, kept telling me from the very second the PRESALE began and a window opened to enter the code … screen stated “No Tickets were available that matched my request” or something to that effect. I was trying to get 2 tickets in BEST AVAILABLE. I kept at it for around 5 minutes when I suddenly got through. It was a miracle, I had my tickets in Section 6 row 21, good to go, as I checked out it returned a FORBIDDEN 401 ERROR, I backed out and tried again when it became clear nothing was going to happen. I got through like this 2 mire times for row 19, section 5 and a pair again in row 31 Sec 6 … each of these ended same way as I was paying it simply returned a white screen with FORBIDDEN 401 ERROR. This is Ticketmaster at it’s finest guys. You really will never have any luck with them. I’m super stoked to have woken up hours early to try to participate in this with a UNIQUE CODE now and still find that bots, hacks and scalpers have once again along with immense traffic and failed systems on TM side … conspired to one big failure. I’m sur eyou guys made efforts to make this work. For that I appreciate it … but it failed miserably again. I’m giving up now confident there’s nothing left if anything was EVER even reallly there. I forwarded screenshots of these screens and an email to the vault email support that was provided in the PRESALE unique code email.
