I have been a paying Vault Member for 10 + years. I tried buying tickets with the Vault presale code and the General tickets with the codes: no bueno and all the anxiety. There has to be a better way.
I could not get either show. PLEASE add another LA show and give long time Vault devotees (for decades now) another shot.

I agree with Jeff P above. Everything kept freezing and then it would allow me to put 2 tickets in my cart but it never accepted the tickets into my cart. This happened multiple times as I kept refreshing for 45 minutes with the same thing happening at least 20 times. I’m happy I got the Mayan tickets at least but as an annual paying Vault member for 3 or 4 years, I’m so disappointed that I couldn’t get tickets to the Lodge through Vault presale or through general sale.
There’s gotta be a better way to do this

As much as I like the Lodge Room, I knew their ticketing system wouldn’t be able to handle the Vault pre-sale. I was in with the password right at 10:00, was able to hit +2 and the checkout button and screen froze (not my computer…my computer was fine). Of course, when I refreshed it said sold out. All of that was less than 10 seconds.
