Just a quick note to say Merry Christmas, Happy (seventh day of) Hannukah and Happy Holidays! 2014 has been a fantastic year to work with and serve you all, and we can't thank you enough for your support of and dedication to all that we do here at the Vault and at Third Man. We are hopeful that 2015 will be the best year yet!!
For those curious, we have just a few more Vault package #22s (the Jack White Bonnaroo package) to ship, which will be shipped over our holiday break between Christmas and New Year's Day. Email availability for customer service will be limited over the next couple weeks. That said, we invite members who have experienced issues necessitating item exchanges or re-shipments to send in requests during this time and we will process them as soon as we are back in office.

I just want to say one more thing——I’m not even sure how many TMRers read these comments!! But, about Vault 22 being so amazing: It all begins and ends with Jack and the band’s performance. Yes, the elements of the box themselves (and the box itself!), they’re all beautiful. Special. And generous! But ultimately what makes Vault 22 so special is the performance itself. THANK YOU FOR THE MUSIC!

I love everything that TMR has done since I’ve been a member off and on! Merry Xmas Jack White and the TMR family! I will never stab you guys in the back and flip your awsome vault releases on ebay! They shall be handed down to my daughter when she grows up! She only 1 now.
Although my Xmas would be so much better if I could only score an autograph from Jack White! It’s not easy for me to get out these days to meet my guitar heroes anymore! Maybe one day I will be lucky to see one of his vault releases randomly signed coming my way in the mail! Just maybe! Just a daydream away I guess! Anyways thanks again TMR for being the coolest down to Earth label!
