Early Entry For Jack White Shows

Early Entry For Jack White Shows

The early entry period for Tulsa has ended and now sign up for Lubbock has begun! You can sign up for early entry one time per show by sending your Vault ID (your username), date of show and name of venue to vaultcontests@thirdmanrecords.com.

Please only email for the show that has been announced. Then, once the contest is closed, we will randomly select 10 participants for early entry, then will promptly contact them with further instructions. Each winning participant will be able to enter the show early with 1 other ticket-holding guest of his or her choice.

Note: Signing up for early entry will not get you into a show if you do not already have tickets. You must already be a ticket holder in order to qualify for early entry.

All you fans in Lubbock, get to it!

Will there be early entry to the UK Gigs? Am off to the London one in July and Leeds in November where i’ll be standing and am a bit short so this would be a big help.

Will any of the Tulsa posters be sold on here?? I was so mad. We got early entry, and when we went inside the merch wasn’t even ready. People before my friend in line were able to buy multiple posters, and when my friend was next, they wouldn’t let her get one for me and one for her. Then said they didn’t have the credit card thing set up. So they saved the merch for after the show. The ATM machine at Cain’s was broken, the credit card thing from the merch guy still wasn’t working even after the show. So we left with no merch. And the security were rude and kept kicking everyone out fast after the show. Just really bummed about the poster!

Zinn Education Project
May 31, 1921. Tulsa, Oklahoma: In 1921, Greenwood (a community in Tulsa) was one of the most prosperous African-American communities in the U.S. Serving over 8,000 residents, Greenwood’s commercial district was known nationally as the ‘Negro Wall Street’. The community boasted two newspapers, over a dozen churches, and hundreds of African-American-owned businesses. On the evening of May 31, 1921, Greenwood was ravaged by a white mob. By the conclusion of the riot at midday, June 1, virtually every building in a 42-square-block area of the community—homes, schools, churches, and businesses—was burned to the ground and thousands were left homeless. Over 1,200 homes were destroyed. Every church, school, and business in Greenwood was set on fire. Approximately 8,000 African-Americans were left homeless and penniless. Students need to learn the hidden history of the 1921 Tulsa race riot(massacre) and how this links to racial wealth inequality today. Read “Burning Tulsa: The Legacy of Black Dispossession” by Linda Christensen of Rethinking Schools and see her classroom lesson: http://bit.ly/1fDOUvG
