Jack White
That's How I'm Feeling b/w You Got Me Searching
scum stats: minimal amount on tri-color, decidedly more on black
HELL YES ADD ANOTHER PIECE TO THE PUZZLE!
Who loves non-album b-sides?
I do, motherfucker, that's who.
And this one, boy, is it a doozy. I'm seeing reviews likening it to AC/DC or, um, Lenny Kravitz, but to me, this one is 100% Jimi Hendrix insanity the likes of which I've never heard burning off of Jack's fingers in the more than thirty years I've been listening to him shred.
Why isn't this on the album? I have no idea and frankly, more killer songs like this, whatever format they end up released as, is a-ok to me.
So comment here before midnight central time on Thursday November 21st and I will pick ONE commenter to get a handy-dandy free copy of this TRI-COLOR version of the record. Remember tri-colors? It's been a minute, always happy to lay these tasty treats on you fans.
What should the comment be? Shit, you tell me. I'm easy. Have fun, be funny, be different, be interesting. DO NOT USE AI OR CHAT GPT I CAN TELL YOU LAZY SODS.
Let the games begin.
This track sounds like the echos of 70s bangers some doobie brothers and then anchors with familiar Jack percussion. I loved it. I was into it immediately.
The only downside is that the title has me thinking of the Beatles B side “Searching” and I can’t get that song out of my head. So now I have the pleasure of reconciling a song from 1960 and 2024. Pretty sweat.
Now I’d like that 7” please.
Rock on.

Searching Reminds me of that B side Beatles song Searching and I can’t get it out of my head. Reconciling a song 1960 and 2024 is a fun task indeed.
Forgot about the tri-color 45s, appreciate the surprise small venue tour Jack did, unfortunately ticket prices were too steep for me. Keep putting out good music on unique formats.
It is mine, I tell you. My own. My precious
Can’t wait to see Jack in Toronto on the 6th of february! Listening to this give away record would be a beautiful warm up on the night of the show! :)
My comment wasn’t posted.
Ben, A lot of times you are on point and origins can be relative but, for me… this is Steve Miller band – Rockin ‘me baby. considering the fire from his finger tips!
Calmer than you are.
Will I ever win anything?
