scum stats: limited to 1000 copies black vinyl
Quick: how many Sub Pop singles of the month have been on black vinyl?
Uh...I should know this one. And as I peruse Discogs, I realize that it's a lot more than I would've thought. The last few iterations of the Singles Club have been far more liberal with the black vinyl that I recalled. For shame.
Anyway, 12 minutes worth of droning saz and vocals ranging from whispered to screaming...yeah, you're gonna wanna give it a listen. I prefer the full version versus it being split across two sides of a single, so there's like the first thing that streaming has ever done right.
Another great thing you can do with streaming is play The Stones’ “Dance (Pt. 1)” followed by “If I Was A Dancer (Dance (Pt. 2))”; it’s the little things, right?!
As always, thanks for sharing!
