The Early Years
At my mom’s today, saw this LP sitting on the turntable.
“Did you buy this record new, mom?” I asked, tipped off by the RTI poly sleeve peeking out from underneath the jacket.
“Yeah, but it’s not making any sound, I don’t know what’s wrong” she replied.
While I may give off vibes otherwise, I’m pretty shit in my understanding of stereo components. Thankfully, all that was needed was plugging in the red thing in the red hole, the white thing in the white hole, and presto I am son of the year.
All in a day’s work.
I love Linda’s music especially the older stuff. I am so glad you were able to fix “Mom’s” stereo, we all become that person as time progresses. I just pray that there are many, many more fixes to come!!!! Take care my friend………..
