Joseph Allred's albums are comfortingly consistent. The cover art oftentimes includes a collage or assemblage element and the acoustic folk blues in the realm of grand masters like John Fahey and Peter Walker is as precise enough that you could set your watch to it.
In an alternate timeline, I might have some complaints about said approach and consistency. Yet Allred is sooooo good here and still so criminally slept on, I can't really complain other than that folks aren't paying attention.
So pay attention already.

Well, I should have been checking TMR while I was out of town because they are all sold out at Bandcamp. I will “pay more attention” and snag some of his stuff as I find it. I realize they have downloads, but I still need the tactile excitement when I spin some great music. Must be my inner teen years coming out. Thanks for educating us on music we need to turn our ears on to………
