UK & Ireland Pop-up Tour

Rumours are swirling that “bootleg” Jack White records will be appearing in independent record shops across the UK & Ireland.

Third Man Records is bringing its acclaimed pop-up experience to the UK & Ireland this summer, taking over a handpicked selection of beloved independent record shops around the UK and Ireland from 28 August through 20 September.

Long committed to championing independent music and the record shops that keep vinyl culture thriving, Third Man Records continues that mission by partnering with some of the UK's and Ireland's most respected independent retailers for this pop-up tour.

The pop-up tour follows the recent release of Jack White's Frozen Charlotte, which was first teased through a series of mysterious glitches interrupting Third Man Records' livestream webinars.

Coinciding with Jack White's UK & Ireland tour, each pop-up will transform an independent record shop into a temporary Third Man outpost, packed with exclusive vinyl, limited edition merchandise, posters, books and more.

In recent weeks, fans may have spotted the mysterious Frozen Charlatan character from Jack White’s Frozen Charlotte album cover making appearances online. Now, rumours suggest the elusive trickster has stolen a cache of Jack White records and is quietly distributing homemade "bootleg" sleeve editions through independent record shops across the UK & Ireland. Housed in a hand-screen-printed sleeve, each copy is a unique collectable.

Whether fact or fiction remains to be seen - but visitors to each pop-up might just uncover the truth for themselves…

Founded by Jack White in 2001, Third Man Records has locations in Nashville, Detroit and London. Beyond its extensive catalogue and legendary live performances, Third Man is renowned for creating unique fan experiences, with previous pop-ups appearing in Paris, Liverpool, Brighton, and at festivals around the world.

With the exception of Glasgow, each pop-up coincides with a Jack White performance in the same city, giving fans an opportunity to step inside the world of Third Man Records before the show.
