Third Man Books will be participating in the Poetry ReIncarnation at the Roundhouse, London, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the First International Poetry Incarnation, which saw over seven thousand people pack the Royal Albert Hall to witness performances by wordsmiths such as Allen Ginsberg, Gregory Corso, William S. Burroughs, Lawrence Ferlinghetti, Michael Horovitz, musician Davy Graham, and the birth of 60’s counterculture in the UK. For the ReIncarnation, Third Man Books poet Janaka Stucky and editor/poet Chet Weise will be joining musician Duke Garwood, poets Michael Horovitz (!), Francesca Beard, Elvis McGonagal, Kei Miller and more... Also, the fine folks at Rough Trade have named Third Man Books as their publisher of the month, and we will be hosting an event at Rough Trade East on May 29th to warm up for the ReIncarnation.
