Black & Yellow Friday

Posted by Third Man on 21 November 2011

Can you smell that in the air? The impending day after Thanksgiving gorging of ON SALE retail products? It’s coming people, and we suggest you spend your BLACK FRIDAY here at Third Man with us rather then at some weird mall buying imported Chinese pocket knives and airbrushed Bart Simpson T-shirts. Unless it’s that mall in Antioch where they got that cool Arcade, Game Galaxy. That place is awesome.

But I digress...This Friday Third Man Records is the place to be for BARGAINS AND VALUES. Let’s call it BLACK & YELLOW FRIDAY.

In addition to all of our usual vinyl and novelty wares, here’s what we’ll have for you on Black & Yellow Friday this year.
• Free gift-wrap on purchases of $150 or more (in Third Man colors no less...)
• Free Set of 3 mini Rob Jones prints on purchases of $100 or more
• Buy 3 full length CDs, get one FREE!
• The White Stripes Under Great White Northern Lights Box Set will be on sale for$200 (regularly $225) through the weekend
• Starting on Black Friday running through December, LPs of The White Stripes Under Great White Northern Lights will be 30% off in store and online
• We’ll be carrying a limited amount of White Stripes 45 boxes (from last years Christmas set) in the store, and White Stripes LP boxes online and in the store while supplies last
• Topping it off, a limited number of Third Man Ts will be available for $15 (regularly $25)

Store hours for Thanksgiving holiday and BLACK FRIDAY will be:
23rd Wednesday 10-2
24th Thanksgiving Thursday – Closed
25th Black & Yellow Friday 10-6
26th Saturday- 10-5 (Store will be closed at 5 o'clock on Saturdays throughout the month of December)
27th Sunday -1–4

And now to the Edgar Oliver Tri-Colors...

These will be on sale HERE at Third Man on Saturday the 26th (the day AFTER Black & Yellow Friday).
We’re selling 50 in house and the other 50 will be for sale in New York City at the one and only Obscura Antiques and Oddities on Saturday at noon.
