Master knowledge dropper Carl Sagan was an American astronomer, astrophysicist, cosmologist, science popularizer and much more. His contributions to science are nearly incalculable. Let’s just say that we treasure him mostly for keeping us glued to the television as youngsters on ‘Cosmos’ and for blasting Blind Willie Johnson’s “Dark Was The Night” into space.
